张哲硕士生导师介绍

张哲,男,物理学博士,硕士生导师。

主要研究方向:低维半导体电子能带结构与量子输运性能调控。

主要代表性研究成果:

一、主持河南省高等学校重点科研项目1项目名称——低维半导体及其异质结电子结构与量子输运性质调控
